Kpando Heart of Lions maintained their unbeaten home record when they added Kessben F/C to their victims in an uncompromising match at Kpando yesterday.
They won by a lone goal, courtesy Dominick Adiyiah’s two-man finish.
After recess saw the more determined Lions team trying desperately to score and they kept the Kessben goal area boiling, and deservedly Adiyiah struck in the 77th completing a two-man move with Alan Shearer.
Alan Shearer outran two defenders and beat on-rushing goalkeeper Alhassan Mohammed, before laying a neat pass for Adiyiah to tap in.
